NICOSIA- Cyta employees on Monday morning protested outside the House of Representatives during a new three-hour work stoppage and as the House Finance Committee discussed the controversial privatisation bill.
Monday’s action follows longer action on Friday that also included work-stoppages by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) and Ports Authority.
As the most profitable semi-government organisations, the three face being privatised as part of the state’s bailout commitments to the Trioka.
