 NICOSIA - Two compatible bone marrow donors have been found for a little Cypriot boy suffering from leukaemia.
A search had been mounted in Cyprus and abroad for a marrow donor for Giorgos Philippides, aged five, and now two compatible donors have been found, both living outside the country,
He is being treated at the Makarios Hospital in Nicosia.
Now the family must decide in consultation with doctors which of the two possibilities to be chosen.
